These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgriTech Expo mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by AgriTech Expo (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Platform, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Project Submissions

• All project submissions must represent original work or properly attributed contributions.
• You retain ownership of your submitted content, but grant us a non-exclusive license to use, display, and evaluate submissions for the purposes of the event.
• Submissions must not contain illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content.
• We reserve the right to reject, remove, or request modifications to any submission.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Transmit malware, spam, or unauthorized communications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure.
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data from the Platform without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, logos, trademarks, and content, is the property of AgriTech Expo and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

6. Event Participation

• Acceptance of your project submission does not guarantee physical event attendance until confirmed.
• Event schedules, sessions, and speakers are subject to change without prior notice.
• Participants must comply with all event venue rules and codes of conduct.

7. Notifications

By using the Platform, you consent to receive push notifications and emails related to your account, submissions, and event updates. You can manage notification preferences in your account settings.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgriTech Expo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at our discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Algiers.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or email. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
